Each mission requires us to provide significant amount of logistical help before our volunteer retina specialists can be on the ground with what they need to examine, treat and operate on patients in the areas they are working in. Hence, we need your generous support to make these missions successful.
You can donate as little as $10 (or equivalent), or more.
You can also specify a choice for your donation for any of our objectives. We will keep your fund in our accounts for the activity you have defines. You can also dedicate your donation in the name of a person.

- Sponsor retinal surgery or treatment (injections, lasers, etc.)
- Help sponsor eye instrument/s to eye clinics in underserved areas
- Support research to find cures for retinal disease
- General fund
Volunteer retina specialists from the US and other countries travel to defined underserved areas, to provide clinical care to the population that needs retinal care. Considering most of these areas are lacking in retinal care altogether, people afflicted with retinal diseases in such areas only have our visits to look forward to. Some of them can potentially travel long distances, across land, air or international borders, to receive retinal care, which can be expensive and time consuming and does not allow for regular care.
With a commitment to sustainable care, with defined goals and timelines, we provide support to one or more eye doctor/s from underserved areas to gain additional expertise and experience under the mentorship of senior retina specialists in the US, Europe and elsewhere. Such trips are usually for 1-3 months in total, with the candidate being mentored by a qualified and experienced retinal specialist at one of the premier eye institutes. The candidate has to provide a legal representation that s/he will return to their home country to work for at least 2 years after the completion of their training.
You can sponsor treatment costs for a patient or a group of patients. Such treatment costs include materials required for surgery, such as disposables and materials, as well as medications and laser treatment that is performed during the treatment.
Most areas we work in have either no retina clinic, or at best, have a rudimentary set of instruments that allow for very basic care to be given to patients. Your support can help provide basic retinal equipment such as an indirect ophthalmoscope, lenses, portable fundus cameras, ultrasounds, OCTs and laser machines.
We will fund well-defined research being undertaken by qualified clinicians, scientists and researchers around the world, into retinal diseases that has a high likelihood of success. This funding will begin once we reach a certain target. Your support will help us reach that target soon.
We request your support for helping us with our operating costs. We currently do not have any paid employees. But with the need to provide more help, we will need to employ a staff to support our mission work. We will continue to try to maximize your support for the objectives of the organization.
If you have not indicated any specific cause to support, we will decide how and where your support is spent.
We thank you for your support.
